Mussels, prawns, calamari tossed with sun dried tomato, pesto linguine layered with wild rocket plus drizzled with lemon oil.
La Femme Risotto
Roasted capsicums, pumpkin, pine nuts and goats cheese drizzled with truffle oil.
Spanishfly
Spanish paella with calamari, prawns, mussels, chorizo, green peas, tomato and saffron
Tandoori Chicken Salad
Tandoori chicken on a salad of baby spinach, roma tomato, roasted capsicums, red onions, cucumber and mango chutney dressing topped with homemade papadum.
Poter House Steak
Grilled to your throaty babeee on a bed of green pea mash and frizzled with creamy seeded mustard sauce.
Bo-chaaa Specialty of Fuché
Roasted lamb rack marinated in Fuché’s secret ingredients served with polenta chips and capers cognac jus.
